Keeping Your Kids Safe:

Adoration has partnered with Safe Kid's to implement a simple and effective security policy.

New Kids: Registration

Parents fill out a one-time simple registration form that includes the child's name, date of birth, and parental contact information.

Dropping Off Your Kids:

Each week parents fill out a small sticker.  You get one half of the sticker, and your child gets the other half.  The sticker serves as a name tag for your child.  You can write down any special comments on the sticker (allergies, etc.).  You must keep your half of the sticker!

Picking Up Your Kids:

After the service feel free to connect with other adults for a few minutes.  We ask that you pick up your child about seven minutes after the close of the service.  You will need to present your half of the security sticker to the teacher/assistant. 

Only the person carrying the matching sticker will be allowed to pickup the child. 

This system gives parents peace of mind that no one else can pickup their child.  Please do not ask the teachers to release your kids to someone that doesn't have the sticker.

Emergencies:

If for some reason your child is sick or in need of parental attention, your child's unique security number will appear on the video screen in the worship center.

In this example the number "77" is shown alerting the parent or guardian that their child needs their attention.

Background Checks for Volunteers:

All children's ministry volunteers go through mandatory background screening checks every year to ensure the safety of your child.
